Receiving Faxes via Email

Simply provide the sender with your fax telephone number. Faxes will be delivered as PDF files to the email address(es) associated with the fax number that was dialed by the sender.

Sending Faxes via Email

Note: Sending faxes via email requires SPF record(s) to be properly configured in the DNS for the domain(s) from which email senders will send faxes. For more information, click here.

Convert documents to PDF format.

This can be done in several ways:

  • Cute PDF Writer - Open the document you want to save as a PDF. Print the document and select “CutePDF Writer” as the printer. You will be prompted for a filename and location to save the file. For more information, click here.

MacOS

  • Save as PDF - Open the document you want to save as a PDF. Print the document and then click the PDF pop-up menu, then choose “Save as PDF”. For more information, click here.

Note: We recommend attaching documents that are 8.5 x 11 inches (or as close as possible) for best results.

Send PDF Attachments via Email

Note: The email address from which you are sending faxes must be configured by Jomar as a valid Email-to-Fax user.

  1. Create a new Email.
  2. Attach your PDF files.
  3. In the “To” field of your new message, please address the fax to “faxXXXXXXXXXX@titaniumvfax.com”, where XXXXXXXXXX is the fax number to which you what to send the fax. For example, if you wanted to send a fax to Jomar, you would send it to fax2674330982@titaniumvfax.com.
  4. Send your email. Your fax will first be queued and then it will be sent. You should receive an email confirmation that the system receieved your fax, and then another confirming the delivery of your fax. If the sending of the fax should fail, you will receive an email notifying you of the failure.
